Optiva Radiance Boosting Eye Balm - Review

Today I came to do a review of an eye cream that I already use for a long time, is the Optiva Radiance Boosting Eye Balm.

Usually I apply this eye balm at night before I`m going to sleep.
I have eyes a little swollen so I wanted to try it, in the beginning I used it every day without fail and I noticed differences, but not many.
It reduced the swelling a bit of my dark circles, but lately I was too tired to put it everyday, so I put from time to time and honestly I don`t see any difference.
To help hydrate the eye area and deflate is necessary using every day, it`s not miraculous and an application from time to time does nothing.
The package brings 15 ml and costs around 13 (in Portugal).
