Basic pencil cuticle remover

And to start the week today I decided to bring a review. A review of a product that I already use for a long time. I am talking about the Pencil Cuticle Remover of basic.
I bought this pencil because I have my cuticles always very dry and are a bit thick, and how I don`t want to cut (because you should not cut them), I decided to try this pencil.
Soon I found a very big con, this pencil don`t bring any indications or say how to use or anything, in the package just say it`s a pencil cuticle remover. But there I found in the site a little information about it but nothing special.
I often use it when I made my nails before paint. I step in the cuticles and then I push them, I use it as a softener and not as a remover. It should be used first to soften and then to cut.
Ever been in my favorites and I like it, but I should have opted for the green package, although it plays very well the softener function.
It cost 2.39 and I already have for a long time and I don`t think it`s over so soon.
